Late Shri S. K. Nitsure: Our Founder: He was a qualified engineer, having completed his B.E. (Mech.) from College of Engineering, Pune, India and had an industry related work experience of more than 5 decades.

Smt. S. S. Nitsure: Chairman & Managing Director: She is an MA in Mathematics from Pune University and has been handling the finances of the company since its inception.

Ketan S. Nitsure: Director: He is a qualified Foundry Technologist, having completed a post-graduate Advanced Diploma from a reputed institute in Mumbai (Bombay) and has an industry related experience of over 31 years.

He is also a qualified Auditor for Performance Review Institute (PRI), USA for the Castings commodity. He audits companies desirous of achieving a NADCAP or TPG certification for the Castings commodity, on behalf of PRI. PRI is a non-profit organisation based in Pittsburgh, USA and is affiliated with the Society of Automotive Standards (SAE) and audits companies to Aviation, Defence & Transportation standards.

Mrs. Sheetal K. Nitsure: CEO: Wife of Ketan Nitsure, is a post-graduate of the Commerce stream and is also employed in the company and looks after the production related activities, ISO, administration, as well as the HR department.

We ensure adequate training and revision of our personnel and we also maintain pertinent records at the shop floor level. These records are analysed regularly and suitable actions taken from time to time so that all creases, if any, are ironed out immediately.

Inspection facitilies:

We have a dedicated and qualified QA team and a well-equipped metrology lab. for quality assurance. We have various measuring instruments and equipment like:

  Lead time:
  Development: Sample submission along with die making period usually takes about 8 to 10 weeks.
  Regular supplies: Our normal lead time is 4-6 weeks from PO intimation.
